TixPal
We managed the UX/UI of TixPal, an AI agent designed to help users find and purchase event tickets in a simple and immediate way.
The interface was designed to make the conversation fluid, reduce steps, and guide the user naturally toward choosing the event.
Typographic and color choices reflect a contemporary and digital language, aligned with the quick and intuitive experience of the service.
From a UX perspective, our goal was to simplify the user's journey by eliminating any friction in the search and purchase process.
Each interaction was designed to be as natural and immediate as possible, anticipating the users' needs through personalized suggestions, with the aim of creating a seamless experience that leads them to complete the purchase with minimal effort.
Regarding the UI, we designed a clear and clean interface that keeps the user's attention high and facilitates navigation, even during complex decision-making moments.
The use of modern colors and typography was carefully crafted to make the experience visually engaging and consistent with the digital tone of the service, while ensuring that each element was accessible and easily readable, even on mobile devices.
